本次研討會以「從倫理到優勢：策略性ESG、負責任的科技與永續商業模式」為年度主題，徵求與企業倫理、企業社會責任、社會創業、永續發展、大學社會責任及地方創生等相關領域之論文，包含但不限於以下主題：
This year's conference theme is "From Ethics to Advantage: Strategic ESG, Responsible Tech & Sustainable Business Models". We invite submissions of papers on issues relating to corporate ethics, corporate social responsibility, social entrepreneurship, sustainable development, university social responsibility, and regional revitalization, including but not limited to the following:

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
投稿資訊
本研討會接受以「摘要」或「全文」投稿，投稿稿件應以尚未正式發表之學術論文為限。
The conference accepts submissions in the form of "abstracts" or "full papers," submitted manuscripts should be limited to academic papers that have not been formally published.
本研討會採線上投稿，稿件僅接受以 Word 檔上傳至投稿系統。摘要以不超過 2 頁、全文以不超過 20 頁為原則，使用中文或英文撰寫皆可，投稿時請務必依照規定格式進行撰寫，可以至研討會官網下載投稿撰寫格式及說明。
All papers must be submitted through the online submission system, and manuscripts are only accepted in Microsoft Word files uploaded to the submission system. The abstract should be no more than 2 pages, and the full paper should be no more than 20 pages. Both Chinese and English writing are acceptable, and adhering to the specified format is important when submitting. Please visit the website to download the abstract/full paper format.
本研討會將評選出「最佳論文獎」，並於閉幕典禮公開頒獎表揚，欲角逐最佳論文獎項者，須以全文投稿。
The "Best Paper Award" will be presented at the closing ceremony. Those who want to compete for it must submit the full paper.
本研討會採匿名審查制，凡接受發表之論文以全文投稿者，將擇優推薦至「中原企管評論」、「產業管理評論」、「Innovation in the Social Sciences」審查。
The conference uses a double-blind review. Accepted papers will be selectively recommended for review in "Chung Yuan Management Review," "Industry Management Review," and "Innovation in the Social Sciences.”
論文審查結果將以 E-mail 通知通訊作者，並同時公告於研討會官網。
The corresponding author will be notified of the paper review results via email, and the results will also be announced on the website.
經接受之論文，至少須有一位作者完成報名註冊程序並出席研討會以中文或英文發表論文，發表須知及議程將另行通知。國內學者以實體發表論文為主，國外學者可選擇以實體或線上發表論文。
Accepted papers must have at least one author complete the registration process and attend the conference to present the paper in either Chinese or English. Details about the presentation requirements and the schedule will be provided separately. Scholars based domestically primarily deliver their presentations in person, whereas international scholars can present their papers either in person or via online meeting.
本研討會僅收錄摘要於論文摘要集。
Only abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings.
